Summer Fun
We are happy to offer some Summer Fun in the Park to your children.  This program will be run weekly by our summer recreation staff. 

Attendance is limited to 50 children daily.

FOR: Boys and Girls Ages 6-14

Cost: FREE

ALL events will take place on MONDAYS with a rain date on TUESDAYS

Each event is held at the Route 376 Hopewell Rec. park.  (EXCEPT FOR RED WING DAY)
9:00 a.m.   - Drop Off
11:00 a.m. - Snack Provided
12:00 p.m. - Pick Up

Monday July 13 - ROCKIN' RELAYS (R.D. Tuesday July 14)

Monday July 20 - SHOW YOUR TRUE COLORS TIE DYE DAY (R.D. Tuesday July 21)

Monday July 27 - WATER WARS (R.D. Tuesday July 28)

Monday August 3 - NATURE IS CALLING (R.D. Tuesday August 4)

Monday August 10 - A DAY AT RED WING PARK (R.D. Tuesday August 11)

Pre-Registration is required  - Town Residents Only
Registration is limited due to limited capacity, and to give everyone an opportunity to register, each child will be permitted to register for up to a maximum of 3 dates. 
If openings are still available after initial registrations are complete then we will open it up for more than 3 per child.

COVID -19 Precautions
Each group will have 1 group leader with 5 children per group.  Social distancing measures will be taken.  In the event distancing is not possible, PPE masks will be required.  Each group leader will be provided with hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes.  All equipment will be disinfected between users.  Capacity in restrooms will be limited and controlled.  The restrooms and recreation areas will be disinfected daily.  Keep in mind that not all surfaces are easy to disinfect, such as picnic tables and cleaning will be completed as thoroughly as possible.  In the event that an attendee contracts Covid-19 we will advise all parents.
DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO AN EVENT IF THEY ARE EXPERIENCING COLD SYMPTOMS OR NOT FEELING WELL.  ADVISE A STAFF LEADER IMMEDIATELY IF YOUR CHILD CONTRACTS COVID-19
